Price rises from January 2026

Main subscription increase from January 2026

• Bronze: £120 to £130 per year (£13 pcm)

• Silver:  £180 to £190 per year (£19 pcm)

• Gold £240 to £250 per year (£25 pcm)

• Light: £20 to £30 per year (£3 pcm)

There is no need to do anything: We will change to your existing PayPal subscription agreement.

• This increase only affects the main Packing Partner subscription

• Multi licence discount of 10% for 2-5 and 20% for 6-10 remain

• Paid support charge will change from £45 to £50 per hour.

Express Collect and Packing Station increase from March 2026

• Express Collect will change from £18 + £9 per channel, to £20 + £10 per channel

• Packing Station subscriptions will increase by £10 per month

There is no need to do anything: We will change your existing PayPal subscription agreement.

Old Packing Station Pricing

• We have realised some users are still on an older subscription for the packing station. We will contact those users during February to advise them of the new pricing from March.

Amazon Sellers

• Amazon have started charging us $1400 per year and limiting our developer API access

• As a result, metrics, gift message and custom details will not be available in browser collect

• This is to ensure we stay under the new Amazon limit and raise the additional $1400 to pay them.

• From February 2026, those details will only be available through Express Collect

Why are prices increasing

• We don't want to increase prices, but like everyone else, our costs go up

• We must ensure we have enough margin to continue being a viable business

• From January 2026, Amazon start charging $1400 per year for API access

Starting in March 2026 we will have a yearly review of our prices, so any change will hold for one year.
